¿A Quién Debo Hablar?

Ya que todavía soy solo un estudiante, mi proyecto sobre Las Jornadas de la Matanza en el Burgo de Osma es como mucho de un "investigación" ya que es una experiencia para aprender como trabajar como un "antropólogo".

Since I am still only a student, my project about Las Jornadas de la Matanza in el Burgo de Osma is as much of a "research project" as it is an experience to learn how to work as an "anthropologist."

Aunque estoy aquí por dos meses, no tengo todo el tiempo en el mundo, y por eso me estoy preguntando como usar mi tiempo mas fructíferamente, concretamente, en cual aspecto, cual perspectiva, ¿debo enfocar? ¿Debo enfocar en las perspectivas de la gente que organiza las jornadas, la gente que viene como las "turistas," o la gente que vivir en el pueblo pero quizás que no le importa?

Although I am here for two months, I do not have all the time in the world, and therefore I am asking myself how to use my time most fruitfully, specifically, on which aspect, which perspective, do I focus? Should I focus on the perspectives of the people that organize the festival, the people that come as "tourists," or the people that live en this town but maybe don't care about the festival at all?

Ahora estoy interesado en "el momento" de la sacrifico del cerdo. Me gustaría tratar de entenderlo del la perspectiva de la gente que lo realiza y aquellos que lo miran. ¿Qué efecto tendrá este foco particular en mi proyecto? No lo sé, pero estoy preguntando eso.

Now I am most interested in the "moment" of the pig slaughter itself. I would like to try to understand it from the perspective of the people that do it and those that watch. What effect will this particular focus in my project have? I am not sure, but its what I am asking myself now.
